Short curved bar of silver-coloured metal (chrome-plated).
The pipe is hollow, so you can pull a cord through it.
On one side is thread (M10x1) and on one side is not.
What can you do with this bar; for example: a wall lamp, with a bent piece, the cord hangs down a little and the fitting / lampshade.
Please note this is vintage lamp repair material. So here and there a scratch, stain, little dust.
