The wide side of the sleeve has an outer diameter of 2.2 cm (0.9 inch) and is 1.7 cm (0.7 inch) internally.
The somewhat narrower side of the sleeve has an outer diameter of 1.6 cm (0.6 inch) and is 0.9 cm (0.3 inch) internally.
