Loose chandelier glass, a so called octagon, an 8 edged bead (octagon), 2.2 cm.
This crystal glass is carefully and very neatly cut, really nice quality.
A-Quality glass.
At the front of the bead is a flat cut surface with 8 sides in the middle.
The bead is ground at an angle from those edges.
This creates an edge division into 8 facets. The back of the bead tapers to a point.
If you look into the bead from the front you will see a sparkling asterisk with 8 dots.
The bead is 2.2 cm (0.86 inch) in diameter and 0.9 cm (0.35 inch) thick.
The bead has a hole on two sides in which pins can be inserted to connect the bead to other glassware.
The bead comes in a bag of 5 pieces.
