Nice little wall lamp, could be placed around the 1950s.
In the photo the beads are the other way around as far as I'm concerned...
I would leave it hanging in such a way that it hangs "in front of" the incandescent/LED lamp, but oh well.
You can decide that yourself of course :)
The wall lamp is equipped with a black cord, with plug and switch.
