Plastic strain relief (E27).
Place this strain relief in the inside of a large fitting.
Pull the wire through the fitting.
Connect wire to the electrical block.
Screw everything together.
Now your wire is attached and does not pull on the electrical block.
You can now hang your lampshade safely.
To be used with lampshades not heavier than 2 kilos.
