Brass cover plate, round shape, 3.5 cm diameter. The opening in the middle is M10 (or 1.0 cm).
The brass is currently not polished, provides a nice antique/old look. If you want, you can polish it to a shiny gold color again, of course.
You can use these types of cover plates, for example, in combination with a glass carrier and a glass lampshade without a collar/upstanding edge.
Or to cover a hollow tube. Anyway, handy when you are repairing lamps.
